Suzan Ayvaz professional belly dancer
and teacher in Oriental dance.
Suzan grew up in Istanbul surrounded
by oriental music and dance that is now
part of the blood flowing through her
veins. She is highly appreciated as a
performer due to her professionalism,
natural talent while dancing, as well as
her femininity.
Today she lives in Sweden; She has been
one of the pioneers in oriental dance in
Sweden and has been actively involved
in the growth of Oriental dance. With
her "down-to-earth" attitude, she is
appreciated for her extensive
knowledge, technique and her ways of
teaching in a fun and entertaining
ways.
She encourages her students to fall in
love with the music and the oriental
dance as well with her Turkish cultur.
She is known for her natural talent, her
feeling for the music, her fluid
expression of changing rhythms, and
her ability to capture and hold an
audience.
Suzan has been trained by the best in Oriental dance in Turkey, Egypt and other countries.
She started to teach at the age of 14 and
as a teacher she has her own Belly dance School
which she has been running for many years,
and comes warmly recommended with a national and growing international reputation.
She has great feedback from her students.
She has taught many
belly dancers of the younger generation in many
different countries, beginners, intermediates and proffesionals and other teachers.
Teaching others at workshops around the world,
she has performed on-stage with many famous and great dancers.
She has been visited by a number of great, famous belly dancers .

Nesrin Topkapi, Ozgen, Mercedes Nieto, Serap Su,
Suzanne Petrén Abou Shebika.
